Prior trial results included:
Mr. Peterson successfully received a Not Guilty verdict in a case where the plaintiff, a passenger in a Mr. Peterson's client's vehicle, suffered injuries which included a cervical fusion at C-2, knee surgery, two different week-long hospital stays with $100,000 in medical specials, lost wages in excess of $300,000, and a $1 million request from the jury.
In a case where Mr. Peterson represented a laundry service sued for injuries caused by one of their servicemen the jury agreed with Mr. Peterson's recommendation of $100,000 to a 28-year-old male, who had suffered injuries including a failed cervical fusion, rather than plaintiff's request for a verdict of $3.8 million by returning a verdict for only $120,000.
